2. Sublicensable You acknowledge that Musicstaan owns all rights, titles, and interests in/to the the Podcast, including the recording and content produced during the episode. You hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, distribute only on our channels, and publicly display the content in connection with the Podcast.

3. Confidentiality: During the Podcast recording, you may have access to confidential information about us and its operations. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party, as much as we uphold the confidentiality in keeping your personal information (address, phone number, and/or other information that you have expressed to be kept confidential) limited to our use only and not to be distributed elsewhere or to any other third party not related to the the Podcast. 

4. Release and Waiver: You release the Podcast, its representatives, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any and all monetary claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of your voice, image, likeness, or any other rights granted herein.

Company name, brand name, band name,  in connection with the Podcast episode/interview) image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Podcast. The usage includes social media posts, website content, and promotional materials.

6. Professionalism and Content Guidelines: While participating in the Podcast, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner. You will not engage in any behavior that may be considered offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inappropriate. The Podcast reserves the right to edit or omit any content that violates these guidelines.

7. Termination of Agreement: the Podcast reserves the right to terminate the agreement and subsequently not release or distribute the episode if you violate any terms and conditions outlined herein.

8. Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, participation in the Podcast is voluntary, and you will not receive any compensation for your appearance.

9. Credits: Rest assured, all participants in our Podcast will receive due credit for their contribution. We are committed to recognizing your involvement by prominently featuring your legal name, appellations,  Instagram name or other social media handles in the episode credits. We understand the importance of acknowledging and celebrating the diverse voices that make each episode unique. No episode will be uploaded without ensuring that proper credit is given to every participant. Your involvement is not just valued; it’s celebrated!

10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mediation.
